Can I rent a car park space?
Yes. Many flats were purchased with car parking spaces that the owners are willing to let out for short or long tern rentals. Speak to the concierge or check the forum for more details. Current rates (as of October 2007) tend to be about £70 a month, but this will need to be negotiated with the private owner.
Will there be visitor parking?
There are currently no plans to allow visitor parking. Temporary parking permits can be obtained from the concierge for deliveries or building work. Any unauthorized vehicles run the risk of being clamped and fined to get the clamp removed.
Why are there bollards in Chadwell Lane?
On the original planning application Chadwell Lane is not technically a road, just access only. The bollards can be lowered by the concierge who has the key.
Is there a car club at NRV?
Yes. City Car Club has a car club car in the car park under the Hudson building for exclusive use by residents. More information can be found on their website. http://www.citycarclub.co.uk/
