It has been brought to our attention that the noise disturbance on the side of Hudson Building has recently risen, there isn't a day when the youngsters would come out and play the ball. They play when we come back home till late evening, during weekends it can be a whole day. They act loud, swear, jump on plants and even urinate (this is very uncomfortable - you don't expect such behaviour in UK!!) the area. It's like living next to a football pitch. This a major problem for residents in the building. Even with closed windows onecan hear the noise. On few occasions, this has been reported to the conceriege, who just can't cope, they just call the police all the time. That has been a major problem since about 3 weeks when the weather started to be better.

Therefore, I would be grateful if management could address this matter as a mater of urgency and necessary steps are taken to avoid any further noise disturbance. If need be, pls obtain an order from either the council or the courts to keep the pleasant environment, pleasant.
