Gym Sauna and Steam Room

Who can use the gym?
The gym is open to all residents in privately owned apartments. It is funded via the service charge and the only cost residents will incur is an induction fee of £30. The induction is run by the onsite personal trainer, Paul Hunt and covers a basic fitness test, introduction the gym and how to use the equipment. The reason for the induction is for insurance purposes. Once you have completed the induction your key fob will be activated to give you access to the gym.
What are the opening hours?
The gym is open from 6am to midnight. The sauna/steam room are open 6am to 11.30pm. They are both open everyday of the year. If you are the last person to leave can you please remember to turn the TVs off to cut down on the electricity costs. Male/female sessions for the sauna/steam room will be introduced at hours/days to be advised, however, for the time being the facility is open to all residents. Conditions for using the sauna/steam room can be found on the notice near the sauna and steam room doors.
Can I get personal training?
Personal training - if you want to book a personal training session with Paul you can usually find him in the gym or you can reach him on 07742 522 439 or mailto:paulpt@hotmail.co.uk. His experience covers a range of areas such as boxercise, circuit training, weight training etc. Paul is the only trainer who is authorised to train in the gym, however if you are female and would prefer to be trained by a female trainer please speak to Paul about this.
